Penn State forward Sasa Borovnjak will miss the 2010-2011 season with a torn ACL, and he's not happy about it.
↵↵↵"It’s really tough," he said. "I’m disappointed and a little bit down because of my leg. I had a great summer and great preseason."

Penn State coach Ed DeChellis said on media day that the injury to Borovnjak will force Penn State into some less traditional sets on offense and defense, as the Nittany Lions lack a true center. He expects to play a lot of three-guard/two-forward lineups and push the tempo on offense to make up for Penn State's lack of size in the front court.
↵The non-conference schedule won't present too many mismatches size-wise, but Big Ten play will bring a lot of 6'8"-plus monsters, something that could trip the small Lions up.
