Duquesne Vs. Penn State First Half Updates: Under 16 Timeout

T.J. McConnell is not in the starting lineup for Duquesne tonight.

Duquesne opens the game with a 7-0 lead before Tim Frazier answers with Duquesne's first bucket.

David Jackson goes down for Penn State at 16:35 and goes back to the Nittany Lion locker room. Hard to tell from here what's wrong right now. Billy Oliver checks in and Andrew Jones shoots the free throws, selected by Ron Everhart. He makes 1-2 to make the score 7-3 Dukes.

Penn State is surrendering the perimeter early on here. The Dukes have connected on 2-3 from deep in the early going.

Story of the game early on for Penn State is turnovers. Lions have for, and the Dukes only have one. Forcing turnovers has been a strong point for Penn State so far this season, so it'll be interesting to see if the Lions can narrow the gap.

With 15:22 to play in the half, the Dukes lead 10-3.
