Duquesne Vs. Penn State Second Half Notes: Under 12 Timeout

Duquesne is 8-17 from deep now. After playing well defending the perimeter against Maryland, Penn State is getting bombed from outside again as the Dukes have pulled even here.

Steve Kirkpatrick replaces Andrew Jones. Looks like Oliver isn't ready to come back in yet. Given his history with concussions/headaches and the fact that he's not playing well at all today, expect Penn State to hold him out on precautionary grounds the rest of the game.

This contest has been, by far, Penn State's most physical of the year. Both teams are attacking each other down low on almost every possession. Tim Frazier is presently gimping to the foul line after taking a hard foul in the air. Both teams are just pounding on each other right now. It'll be interesting to see how Penn State responds.

Monteiro has returned to the floor for Duquesne.

Penn State leads 51-47 with 10:53 to play.
