Penn State vs. Indiana: Anthony Fera Kicks A Field Goal

Matthew McGloin is out for his third drive of the day. He and Rob Bolden have been equally rough behind center today after a good game against Eastern Michigan last week at Beaver Stadium.

McGloin hits Derek Moye for a big 18-yard connection on third down, however, putting Penn State close to midfield. Nice effort from Moye there, as he pushed forward for a few extra yards after first contact.

Michael Farrell has taken over for Chima Okoli after right tackle. Okoli has a false-start penalty of the drive and the staff clearly isn't pleased with him today.

Curtis Dukes is getting a lot of time on this drive. Silas Redd is getting a lot of carries early on, and he clearly needs a blow. Steve Jones says on the radio he is getting his ankle re-taped on the sideline.

On third down, McGloin hits Shawney Kersey down to the Indiana 11-yardline. Huge play in the pass game there.

Silas Redd returns to the game and takes the ball down to the Indiana 5-yardline. He's dropped at the line of scrimmage on second down, though, McGloin misses Devon Smith in the endzone on third down. That brings the kicking team on for Penn State.

Anthony Fera ties the game with a 22-yard field goal for the Lions.

Penn State scoring summary:11 plays, 65 yards, 5:41 time of possession.

It's 3-3 with 2:57 to play in the half.
