COLUMBUS, Ohio--Good afternoon from Ohio Stadium. Today, we'll bring you updates from Penn State's game at Ohio State in what will be a meaningless game for Penn State's Leaders Division title hopes thanks to Wisconsin's 28-17 win against Illinois in Champaign earlier today.
The winner of Penn State at Wisconsin next week, regardless of what happens in Columbus today, will represent the Leaders Division in the inaugural Big Ten Championship game in Indianapolis on Dec. 3.
Today is senior day for the Buckeyes, as they'll travel to Michigan for The Game next weekend. For Penn State, it's the first of two road games to close the season coming off a 17-14 loss against Nebraska last week.
Following the coin toss, the two teams joined at midfield for a handshake, a gesture too the events that have unfolded in the past couple of weeks in Happy Valley.
