Penn State vs. Mississippi: Nittany Lions Hold Slim Edge

Tim Frazier scores four quick points to extend Penn State's lead to six. He's quietly having a very effective night with 13 points, eight assists and six rebounds thus far with plenty of time left to at least edge into double-double territory. He's getting more help tonight than he's used to with Sasa Borovnjak and Jermaine Marshall playing well, and its allowing him to distribute the ball to his teammates more.

Billy Oliver is hitting the boards hard for Penn State at the moment. He's gotten several elbows in the face and has been knocked down, but he keeps fighting. Again, good to see from the forwards who've been pretty passive in their play this season.

Ole Miss goes on a run to pull to within one at 56-55 with 6:39 remaining in the game. Penn State has let its lead slip away and it's now or never if they Lions are going to hold on and get this important win at home.
