Talor Battle is only the 22nd player in Big Ten history to hit the 2,000 plateau. He still has at least six games and change to move up the ladder, too. Battle is the only player to hit 2,000 for Penn State in the Big Ten era.
We haven't seen a whole lot of Cammeron Woodyard this year, and he still has a long way to go on the offensive end, but he appears to have the makings of a pretty good rebounder. He'll likely see a decent amount of time at the three next year if he can keep this up.
Jeff Brooks gets a big swat on the defensive end. That's something Penn State missed big time against Michigan and Michigan State. Even though Brooks played, you could see he was limited in that department, so it's good to see him swatting away again if you're a Penn State fan.
With 6:49 remaining in the half, Penn State leads 18-13.
