College Football Rankings: West Virginia At No. 18 In AP Poll, Penn State Out

College football rankings are out for Week 3, and Penn State has disappeared from the top 25 in the AP Poll after its loss to Alabama on Saturday. (Alabama moves up to No. 2, one place behind top-ranked Oklahoma.) West Virginia, meanwhile, is at No. 18 after its unsurprising rout of Norfolk State.
