College Football Rankings 2011: West Virginia At No. 19, Penn State At No. 23 In AP Poll

Here's a look at your AP college football rankings after Week 1. Oklahoma is at No. 1, followed by LSU (which will play West Virginia on September 24) and Alabama (which plays Penn State next week). West Virginia is the only Big East entrant at No. 19, and Penn State is at No. 23. Other Big Ten entrants include Wisconsin (No. 8), Nebraska (No. 10), Ohio State (No. 15) and Michigan State (No. 17).
