Penn State Coaching Search: Tom Bradley Not Informed Of Possible Hire, According To Report

If, as ESPN's Chris Mortensen is reporting, New England Patriots offensive coordinator Bill O'Brien has agreed to replace Joe Paterno as Penn State's head coach, it's news to interim Nittany Lions coach Tom Bradley according to BWI's Nate Bauer.

That said, sources close to Penn State's interim head coach, Tom Bradley, tell Blue White Illustrated that he has not been informed of this decision by anyone related to the university in an official capacity.

Bauer also said Penn State players have yet to be informed of such a move by acting athletic director David Joyner and his six-person search committee. As of this posting, Penn State continues to maintain silence on Mortensen's report and others like it. We'll see if that changes today, as CBS Sports' Mike Freeman reports an announcement could come as early as Friday.
