The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports that following an injury in practice on Monday, Pitt forward Nasir Robinson had surgery on Wednesday to repair a torn meniscus in his right knee.
↵The injury could keep the junior out 3-6 weeks.
↵Robinson was expected to be in the mix for a lot of playing time at forward for the No. 4 ranked Panthers. The PG says freshman Talib Zanna will likely see time in Robinson's place through the injury.
↵The Panthers will host Northwood in an exhibition at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday at the Petersen Events Center.
