Central Conn. State Vs. Penn State First Half Notes: Under 4 Timeout

The Big Ten Network color analyst is continually calling Cammeron Woodyard "Woodward." If Woodyard is this team's Woodward, who is the Bernstein? Something to consider.

Speaking of Woodyard, can't remember the last time he and Taran Buie played at the same time like they are right now. Ed has been running a pretty consistent rotation at the two spot this season, but Woodyard definitely has the length to play so small forward. It'll be interesting to see if this trend continues.

Another big three from Billy Oliver off the bench. The announcers just mentioned the headaches that kept him off the court the last two years. It's pretty amazing he's contributing considering that even as late as the spring many people were expecting him to leave the program over the headaches.

These Blue Devils are the real deal on offense. They're scoring points on Penn State like no other team has this year. They're getting off a lot of shots and not spending a whole lot of time waiting for the perfect shot.

With 3:34 left in the half, Penn State leads 30-21
