After missing most of this season due to a back injury, Greg Romeus is back to practice for the first time since he underwent surgery in September.
↵Romeus played in Pitt's first game of the season, a road loss to Utah, and hasn't been seen on the field ever since. It was hoped that Romeus would be back in time for this Thursday's game, but that is in question and head coach Dave Wannstedt has not yet said that Romeus will definitely play.
↵Even if Romeus is able to suit up, it's going to take him a while to get back into the swing of things. I expect him to play sparingly, if at all, this Thursday against Connecticut.
