The Pittsburgh Panthers suffered another big loss on Wednesday afternoon when Bill Belton, the No. 13 wide receiver in the nation called the coaching staff to let them know he was de-committing from them and re-opening his recruiting.

Belton is a 5-foot-10, 190-pound four-star wide receiver from New Jersey. His remaining interests, according to Scout, lie with Penn State, Cincinnati, and West Virginia. Penn State assistant coach Mike McQuery met with Belton on Wednesday.

Belton said that 'It went pretty good. We sat down and talked about how they are gonna use me and academics and a lot more.

Incoming Pitt head coach Michael Haywood already has his hands full, as Belton is not the first player to re-open his recruitment or verbally commit to another school.
