Pitt football head coach mentioned in his weekly press conference that quarterback Mark Myers would remain as Tino Sunseri's backup for now because Trey Anderson is still injured:
↵↵↵"In addition, a guy who was not available to us last week was Trey Anderson who is out with a wrist injury and he will continue to be out next week. It’s kind of a week-to-week deal with him. We have a long list of those players who are season-ending but Trey is not one of them."

This isn't big news on the surface because Graham has previously said that he's settled on Sunseri for the duration of the season if he's healthy. Should Sunseri become injured down the stretch, though, we could get a glimpse of Myers. The thing to remember, though, is that without Anderson's injury, it's pretty clear that Myers would have been hard pressed to even get to this point. Anderson saw significant playing time and even while he and Sunseri struggled, Myers didn't see any time. But right now, he could be one play from entering the game and taking the reins to Pitt's offense.
