Even though the Rutgers Scarlet Knights have a better conference record than the Louisville Cardinals, the Cardinals are still the higher ranked team in this week's BCS standings.

The Cardinals come in at No. 19, 10 spots down from their ranking last week due to suffering their first loss of the season to the Syracuse Orange on Saturday, 45-26. Rutgers defeated Army, 28-7, on Saturday and moved up one spot to No. 22.

The rest of the BCS finds a new No. 1 in the Kansas St. Wildcats and a No. 2 in the Oregon Ducks. The Alabama Crimson Tide fell to No. 4 after suffering their first loss of the season to the Texas A&M Aggies on Saturday. The Aggies moved up to No. 8 from No. 15 due to the strength of their upset.

The rest of the top five are the No. 3 Notre Dame Fighting Irish and the No. 5 Georgia Bulldogs.
