The Pitt Panthers postseason tips off on Wednesday night, when Jamie Dixon's club will host Wofford at the Petersen Events Center. The Terriers were 12-6 in the SoCon and finished the season 19-13 overall. They knocked off a weak Wake Forest team early in the season, but have few other signature wins. The Panthers are currently heavy favorites and are giving 13 points.
The CBI officially started on Tuesday with three games tipping off. If they get past Wofford, Pitt will be facing the Princeton Tigers, who defeated Evansville 95-86. The Tigers are historically known for slowing down the pace of the game and low-scoring slugfests, but they shot the lights out on the road and nearly hit the century mark. The Panthers would face Princeton next Monday if they advance.
Washington State and TCU also advanced on Tuesday night. The remaining ten teams will be in action on Wednesday. A complete schedule for Wednesday night below:
