The New York Rangers beat the Washington Capitals 3-2 to cut the Caps' series lead to 2-1. Brandon Dubinsky scored the game-winning goal with a minute and a half to go in regulation, and Henrik Lundqvist stopped 23 shots for the Rangers.
The Nashville Predators beat the Anaheim Ducks 4-3 to take a 2-1 series lead. Teemu Selanne scored two goals for the Ducks, but Mike Fisher scored the game-winning goal for the Predators with about ten minutes left in the third period.
The Vancouver Canucks won against the Chicago Blackhawks, 3-2, to increase their series lead to 3-0. Roberto Luongo had 30 saves for the Canucks, and Daniel Sedin picked up a goal and an assist.
