Pirate Player Profiles Website Updated

If you're a Pirates fan and you're not familiar with Wilbur Miller's Pirate Player Profiles site, you're missing out. It features a depth chart with a bio of every player at any U.S. level of the Pirates organization, which means hundreds of players, most of which Miller has seen personally. Now is a great time to check it out, because Miller has updated the site with comments for the 2010 season. It's also a great resource to add to your bookmarks. The writing is really good, too. Funny comment about James McDonald:

McDonald tended to run out of gas very noticeably around the 5th or 6th inning. At least it was noticeable to everybody except ex-manager John Russell, who left McDonald in several times when he clearly was finished, leading to big innings. Russell always seemed to value "conserving the bullpen" above all other considerations, even in September when he had more relievers than the Spartans had soldiers at Thermopylae.
