Pirates Trade Rumors: Diamondbacks Will Need 'Perfect' Deal To Trade Justin Upton, According To Reports

With the news breaking Sunday that the Pittsburgh Pirates and other teams have shown interest in superstar Arizona Diamondbacks outfielder Justin Upton, Jon Heyman of CBS Sports is reporting that interest is in fact 'huge' for Upton, but the team is not rushing to deal him.

The Diamondbacks, who are on the cusp of the race in the NL West, don't have to trade Upton and are said only interested in making a "perfect'' deal.

Although the 2012 season has not gone according to plan for the Arizona Diamondbacks, they are still very much in the thick of the NL West race. They have Upton signed through 2015, so unless a remarkable deal comes their way, they will more than likely hold on to him through the deadline.
