This Just In: Mike Wallace Is Fast. Steelers Lead 17-9 After Long Score

Mike Wallace is fast. Moreover everyone knows he's fast, and they still can't cover him. There's been some criticism of the young receiver; some analysts think he's a one-trick pony. That may be, but let me tell you - his is one hell of a trick.

Case in point: Ben Roethlisberger hit Wallace in stride on a 53-yard touchdown strike. Dolphins cornerback Jason Allen gave the receiver about a million yards of cushion at the line of scrimmage, yet he still didn't have a chance to catch Wallace.

For his part, Roethlisberger's stat line is pretty silly right now: 71.4 completion percentage, 11.6 ypa, 2 TDs. Steelers lead, 17-9 with about six minutes left in the second quarter.
