Titans Vs. Steelers: Brett Keisel To Play

Defensive end Brett Keisel missed the Steelers' last two games against the Houston Texans and the Indianapolis Colts and it showed, particularly against the Texans. The Steelers were uncharacteristically weak against the run, letting Arian Foster run wild. That of course cannot be completely attributed to Keisel's absence, but it must have hurt. Luckily, it appears that they will get the defensive end back against the Titans and Chris Johnson this weekend, according to Scott Brown of the Pittsburgh Tribune.

"It felt really good," Keisel said of the knee, which he injured against Seattle. "It's just a matter of going out and doing football movements and trying to do it at full speed. There wasn't anything that indicated that I wouldn't (play Sunday)."

Like I said, Keisel won't fix the whole rush defense by himself, but he certainly will help. The Steelers will have to deal with another run-first team in the Titans. They'll need all the help they can get to bottle up Chris Johnson.
