After the Steelers defense stopped the Titans yet again, and then the Steelers got the ball back deep in their own territory. Jonathan Dwyer ripped off a 76-yard run, easily the best of his career, taking the Steelers down to the 15-yard line. From there, the Steelers turned to Isaac Redman, who carried defenders with him on a couple of nice runs. Ben Roethlisberger then dumped the ball to David Johnson for a touchdown.
It’s been all Steelers so far, as Pittsburgh has looked great offensively and defensively, and have had some creative and well-timed play calls as well. Pittsburgh leads 21-3.
Offensive lineman Marcus Gilbert was hurt on the drive. He was replaced by Jonathan Scott, who lost his starting job to Max Starks after getting beaten badly last week in Houston.
