Sunday afternoon at Paul Brown Stadium, the surprising Cincinnati Bengals (6-2) take on the Pittsburgh Steelers (6-3) in an AFC North battle. Pittsburgh quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, who has averaged 352 yards passing while tossing six touchdowns in his last three games, could be in for a rough start, at least fantasy-wise.
The fantasy football projection site numberFire ranks Roethlisberger as just the eleventh best play at quarterback this week. The Pittsburgh quarterback's projected stats: 20.78/33.06, 246.87 yds, 1.70 TDs, 1.06 INTs for 15.37 points.
The reason for the muted expectations for Big Ben? The Bengals have the 10th ranked pass defense in the league, allowing just 216.8 yards per game through the air. In addition, Cincinnati has allowed just eight passing touchdowns this season, tied for third-fewest in the NFL.
