Chiefs Injury Report, Week 12: Kansas City Close To Full Strength For Week 12 Tilt Against Steelers

At 4-6, the Kansas City Chiefs are in a precarious position heading into their Week 12 home matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Chiefs are by no means out of contention in the AFC West, still just two games behind the Oakland Raiders and a single game behind the second place Broncos. But the margin for error is certainly small for Kansas City, and their Week 12 opponent will obviously be a tough test.

The good news for Chiefs fans is the roster is in good shape health-wise. The only player ruled out for Sunday night is G Ryan Lilja, who will sit out with a head injury for precautionary reasons after being concussed in Kansas City's Week 11 loss to the Patriots on Monday Night Football.  Otherwise, the only other players listed as even questionable are DE Glenn Dorsey (knee), S Jon McGraw (shoulder), LB Demorrio Williams (groin). McGraw was able to practice fully later in the week, and Dorsey and Williams were limited, but nonetheless participants in KC's practice preparations for the visiting Steelers.
