LaMarr Woodley Injury Update: Steelers LB Back At Practice, Expected To Play

Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker LaMarr Woodley returned to practice on Wednesday, and hopefully will play on Sunday after missing the last several weeks. Woodley had been dealing with a hamstring injury and limited in weeks past. Woodley practiced in full today. The Steelers missed Woodley in their last match up against the Cincinnati Bengals, with the Steelers winning in a close game, 24-17.

This will also mark the first time since Week 4 that Woodley and fellow outside linebacker James Harrison have played together. The return of Woodley and pairing with Harrison should help a Steelers pass rush that has been limited a bit the past few weeks. In the last meeting between the Steelers and the Bengals, the Steelers didn't sack rookie quarterback Andy Dalton even a single time. Woodley is expected to be active and start on Sunday.
