Pittsburgh Steelers Injury Report, Week 13: Maurkice Pouncey Limited In Practice, But 'Definitely' Playing, Says Report

Pittsburgh Steelers center Maurkice Pouncey is set to return to the lineup this Sunday when Pittsburgh hosts the Cincinnati Bengals, reports Scott Brown of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, but the team will limit him in practice Thursday.

Pouncey suffered from a stomach virus that ultimately forced him to leave the Steelers' victory against the Kansas City Chiefs last Sunday after taking part in just 18 plays. Pouncey lost 12 pounds due to the illness, which Neal Coolong of Behind the Steel Curtain notes makes him 10 pounds short of his "ideal playing weight" of 300 pounds. He'll work to re-gain as much weight as he can before kickoff Sunday.

Coolong says to expect Doug Legursky, who filled in for Pouncey at center following his departure against Kansas City, to move to left guard upon Pouncey's return to the lineup. Legursky will replace Chris Kemoeatu at that position.
