The Pittsburgh Steelers hit the practice field today to get ready for the St. Louis Rams. It's possible the Steelers will be without starting quarterback Ben Roethlisberger and once again without linebacker LaMarr Woodley. Two other Steelers missed practice with injuries today:
QB Ben Roethlisberger (ankle), RB Mewelde Moore (knee), LB LaMarr Woodley (hamstring), CB Curtis Brown (knee)
In some good news, offensive lineman Maurkice Pouncey returned to the practice field in a limited capacity after missing the Monday Night Football match up with the San Francisco 49ers, dealing with an ankle injury. Wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders also returned to the field in a limited basis recovering from a foot injury. For the first time in quite a few weeks, linebacker Chris Carter did not appear on the injury report.
