Super Bowl Predictions: SI's Peter King Takes The Steelers

I don't know if you know this, but there is hierarchy of writers in terms of making Super Bowl predictions. Guys like Peter King who have been around forever can make their prediction, while guys like me have to keep my mouth shut and just pass along what we hear from those higher on the food chain. Which is probably good, because more often than not, I'm wrong on these sort of things.

So I'll hand it over to King, one of the guys who can make these predictions without penalty, no matter the result of the game itself.

There is no question in my mind that the game will be close, and there is no question in my mind that either team could win and it wouldn't remotely be a surprise. Give me the Steelers, 33-27, just because I think Roethlisberger, the tree trunk, is better suited to take the hits the quarterbacks will take in this game and keep on ticking.

King seems to fall in line with most of the people making predictions in calling this a close game. I'll believe that when I see it. These games always seem to be a disappointment. But I don't think very many fans reading this will be upset if King's final result holds true, no matter how they get there.
