NFL Lockout: Ryan Clark, Steelers Return To Practice

With the lifting of the NFL Lockout, Steelers players will return to work on Tuesday, even though the lift might be temporary. Steelers Players Association representative Ryan Clark is urging his teammates to appear at practice Tuesday morning in order to show that the players want to have an NFL season this year:

"I'm trying to get guys there at 8 o'clock, to get out there and show we want to be here, we want to be part of this organization and we want to be on the field," Clark told the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. "We want to show this is not a litigation process but an attempt to have football in 2011."

It's unclear how the many court rulings surrounding this situation will be resolved, and this process will likely continue for quite a while. Until otherwise notified, though, it sounds like Clark and other Steelers will act as if the matter is settled, and that the 2011 season will proceed as planned.
