The Baltimore Ravens’ Terrell Suggs calls his team’s defeat of the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday a “domination”:
“It was domination,” the linebacker said. “You can say ‘domination.’ … It was a great day for the city of Baltimore.”
Ouch. But you can’t really say he’s wrong. Seven turnovers to zero, and a score of 35-7, is a domination.
And it’s not as if the Ravens aren’t keeping their eyes on the prize here. The Steelers have beaten the Ravens in a lot of key games. This one is important, but it’s nothing that can’t be overcome either way.
“We realize the big picture,” Suggs said. “We have won a lot of games (against the Steelers) but never the big one.”
“If we handle our business … we have a good chance of playing in Indianapolis in February,” he said, then paused. “They will be back, and we are going to have to deal with them.”
