Seahawks Vs. Steelers, Halftime Score: Ben Roethlisberger Injury The Only Negative As Steelers Lead 17-0

At halftime, the Steelers are rolling against the Seattle Seahawks, as rushing touchdowns by Rashard Mendenhall and Isaac Redman have helped the Steelers build a 17-0 lead.

The Mendenhall touchdown came in the first quarter; the Redman touchdown came in the second. Near the two-minute warning, the Steelers added three more on a Shaun Suisham field goal. Ben Roethlisberger was hurt during the drive after taking a hit to his knee, but the injury did not appear to be serious; we should know more in the second half, but I bet he’ll be okay.

Roethlisberger was having his way with the Seahawks defense, going 12-for-15 with 132 yards passing. Mendenhall had rushed for 51 yards, and Redman 33.

For the Seahawks, Tarvaris Jackson went 8-for-10, but with only 56 yards. The Seahawks managed only 25 rushing yards in the half. They were also tagged for five penalties for 61 yards.
