Steelers Vs. Texans Injury Report: Mike Wallace Limited

Steelers receiver Mike Wallace (ribs) limited participant in practice but said he will play Sunday in Houston against the Texans and will not wear a flak jacket.

The Pittsburgh Steelers are coming off a victory over the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday night that wasn't without it's losses. Steelers wide receiver Mike Wallace was limited in practice on Wednesday due to a rib injury he suffered in the game, but he is expected to play (exhale, fantasy owners) and will not wear a flak jacket.

Also to note, however, is that an already-banged-up Steelers offensive line continues to get injured. Starting left tackle Jonathan Scott (ankle) and right guard Doug Legursky (shoulder) both did not practice. The Steelers have struggled to rush the football so far during the 2011 season and more hits to their offensive line will only limit that even further against the Houston Texans.

Wide receiver Arnaz Battle and defensive end Brett Keisel both also sat out practice with knee injuries. Hines Ward, James Farrior, and Aaron Smith also did not practice but their absences were not injury-related.

For the Houston Texans, star wide receiver Andre Johnson missed practice with a knee/toe injury. Also out were defensive back Sherrick McManis and running back Derrick Ward. Joel Dreessen, Kareem Jackson, Jacoby Jones, Kevin Walter, and Mario Williams (knee) were all limited.
