The official 2012 NFL regular-season schedule won't be released for some time, but based on the Steelers' regular-season finish in 2011, we already know who their opponents will be. As usual, six of their games will come from home-and-home series against the Ravens, Bengals and Browns. They'll also play the entire NFC East (the Washington Redskins, Philadelphia Eagles, New York Giants, and Dallas Cowboys) and AFC West (the Denver Broncos, Oakland Raiders, San Diego Chargers and Kansas City Chiefs). Their other two games will be against the Tennessee Titans and New York Jets, who finished second in their divisions, just as the Steelers did.
↵That's not a particularly tough schedule. Four games against the Ravens and the up-and-coming Bengals won't be a cakewalk, but other than that, they won't have to play anyone who finished the 2011 regular season with more than nine wins.
