Preparation for the 2012 NFL Draft begins in earnest Saturday, as players take the field in St. Petersburg, Florida for the annual East-West Shrine Game, the longest-running college all-star game.
The two sides will be coached by former NFL head men Brad Childress and Bobby Ross. Childress will take the reins for the West Team, a roster featuring Northern Illinois quarterback Chandler Harnish, Michigan wide receiver Junior Hemingway and Arkansas wideout Greg Childs.
Ross will coach the East Team, with Florida quarterback John Brantley, Michigan State wide receiver B.J. Cunningham and Illinois wideout A.J. Jenkins looking to shine. Pittsburgh linebackers Brandon Lindsey and Max Gruder are also on the East roster.
