Former Pittsburgh Steelers offensive coordinator Bruce Arians "retired" from the Steelers earlier this month. It now looks like Arians' "retirement" was actually forced. Recent word has Arians set to join the Indianapolis Colts as their next offensive coordinator, starting out with the Colts at the beginning of the Andrew Luck era.

Arians denied reports that his retirement was voluntary, and with this news, it certainly looks like it wasn't. Arians took a lot of heat from Steelers fans for his style of offense, which focused around throwing the football and quarterback Ben Roethlisberger. Traditionally, the Steelers have been a power rushing football team oriented on the running game, but under Arians the team seemed to go in the opposite direction.
