2012 NFL Draft, Devon Still: Is Former Nittany Lion A Good Fit In Seattle?

Devon Still has a very important quality that will greatly enhance his draft position, and that is his versatility. He can play on the end in a 3-4 defense, but he can also mix it up in a 4-3 as well. As a result, any team that needs help along the defensive line, no matter the base defense they play, will have to consider Still with their first round pick. That's why the guys at Mock Draft 101 has them to the Seahawks at No. 12.

While a true DE is the biggest need Devon Still makes some sense here for the Seahawks. Seattle runs a base 4-3 Defense, but they like to switch things and show a variety of looks from different formations. Still is talented enough to offer a pass rush anywhere along the line, not to mention, current DT Red Bryant is set to be a FA this offseason.

Still has an unusually large range that he could be drafted in this coming Draft. He could go anywhere from the top ten to the end of the first round. It will be interesting to see how his stock is affected after the Combine.
