Ben Roethlisberger and the Pittsburgh Steelers will take on the Tennessee Titans at LP Field on Thursday night.
Pittsburgh is 2-2 after beating the Philadelphia Eagles on a last-second field goal last Sunday, and will try to carry that momentum through this short week. However, the Steelers are banged up as usual, with a litany of players including Troy Polamalu, LaMarr Woodley, Rashard Mendenhall and James Harrison on the injury report.
Polamalu has been ruled out and Woodley is doubtful, while Mendenhall and Harrison are listed as probable for the contest.
Another storyline to watch is Roethlisberger's opportunity to break the franchise's all-time passing yards record, held by Terry Bradshaw with 27,989. Big Ben only needs 300 more yards to rewrite history.
On the other side, the Titans have their own share of problems. Last week, the Minnesota Vikings pounded them 30-7 to drop Tennessee to 1-4 on the year. Making matters worse, Jake Locker is out once again, leaving the quarterback duties to the veteran Matt Hasselbeck.
