The Pittsburgh Steelers host the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 5 on Sunday in a game with many big names and fantasy football implications.
SB Nation's Steelers blog, Behind the Steel Curtain, provided a great rundown of the important Start 'Ems and Sit 'Ems for Pittsburgh.
For Start 'Ems, Behind the Steel Curtain provided the usual suspects, such as quarterback Ben Roethlisberger and wide receiver Mike Wallace, but also suggest tight end Heath Miller, who is off to a hot fantasy start.
Here's a snippet on Miller from the post:
"Miller has 4 TDs in 3 weeks and has probably been the best TE in the league so far. I expect him to continue his impressive season. Projection: 3 Rec, 41 Yards, 1TD."
As for Sit 'Ems, Behind the Steel Curtain listed all four Steelers running backs, including Rashard Mendenhall, who makes his return Sunday.
Here's a sample from the post on the Steelers' crowded backfield:
"When a team has a plethora of talented backs, it helps their on field performance but kills their fantasy value. It is impossible to predict which ones of these 4 backs will have good games, if any."
Behind the Steel Curtain also listed the Pittsburgh defense as a Sit 'Em.
