The Pittsburgh Steelers are currently slated to possess the No. 17 overall draft selection in the 2013 NFL Draft.
As the only team with a 7-7 record, the Steelers hold sole possession of No. 17 at this time. The St. Louis Rams (6-7-1) are one spot ahead of the Steelers as they are aided (in a relative sense) by their Week 10 tie with the San Francisco 49ers.
Of course, with two games remaining in the 2012 regular season, the Steelers hope to move lower in the draft order by earning one of the wild card playoff spots. Entering Week 16's match-up with the Cincinnati Bengals, the Steelers trail their AFC North rivals by a single game for the final Wild Card spot.
Having already defeated Cincinnati in Week 7, a victory on Sunday could put Pittsburgh in prime position to earn a playoff berth.
If they can manage to do so, their draft position would be determined based upon when they are eliminated from the playoffs.
