Pittsburgh Steelers tackle Willie Colon fully participated in practice on Thursday, but he status for the team's game against the San Diego Charges on Sunday is uncertain. Colon stated after practice that he is a "game-time decision," according to Steelers Depot.
Colon has been battling a knee injury since the team's first meeting with Baltimore, and has missed the team's last two games. He started the first 10 games of the season before sustaining the injury in Week 11. He also missed all but one game in 2011 after a triceps injury knocked him out for the year. Prior to that, Colon had started all 16 games of each season from 2007-10. He has held down a spot on the offensive line in 61 total games since coming out of Hofstra.
The Steelers would like to be as healthy as possible as they fight for a playoff spot in the AFC. Pittsburgh is currently tied with the Bengals for the final Wild Card berth.
