2012 NFL Combine: Potential Steelers Draft Pick Cordy Glenn Runs 4.96 40-Yard Dash

Saturday is Day 4 of the 2012 NFL Scouting Combine, and it is also the first day potential draftees are participating in drills. The offensive lineman, tight ends and kickers are on display, doing timing, station and skill drills, and the Pittsburgh Steelers are particularly interested in the first group, as many mock drafts see them taking an offensive lineman with the No. 24 pick in the first round of the 2012 NFL Draft.

One such player who might be targeted by the Steelers is Georgia guard Cordy Glenn, and Glenn certainly made an impression Saturday morning. The 345-pound lineman ran a 4.96 40-yard dash, the second fastest time among all linemen who have run so far. His time was only topped by Adam Gettis of Iowa, who just so happens to be 50 pounds lighter then Glenn.

Two other lineman potentially on the Steelers' radar, Peter Konz and Kelechi Osemele, have yet to run. Local product Lucas Nix of Pitt posted a 5.43 time, with Johnnie Troutman of Penn State also running in Indianapolis Saturday morning.

NFL.com will be live streaming all of Saturday's combine workouts online:

9:00-11:45 A.M.: OL, PK, ST workouts
12:30-3:00 P.M: TE workouts

A full combine schedule is available here. And here's a full invite list.
