NFL Draft 2012: WVU's Keith Tandy Held Private Workouts With Chicago Bears And Washington Redskins In Addition To Steelers

While it was already known that West Virginia Mountaineers cornerback Keith Tandy has had a private workout and visit with the Pittsburgh Steelers, a tweet by Aaron Wilson reports that Tandy also had workouts with both the Washington Redskins and the Chicago Bears.

Tandy led the Big East in interceptions last season and would be a good addition to any team looking to add some defensive back depth in the later rounds of the draft. Despite his lack of size, measuring in at 5-foot-10, he earned a reputation while at West Virginia for being a very aggressive and tenacious cornerback. He most likely would start his career as someone who would play in nickel and dime packages.
