The Pittsburgh Steelers still don't have their most potent deep threat under contract for next year and beyond, and while other teams still have the opportunity to sign him as a restricted free agent, he isn't expected to receive any offers before the deadline on Friday.
No team tried to sign Steelers RFA WR Mike Wallace to an offer sheet and, with deadline to do it Friday, it is not expected that one will.

This comes as no surprise, as we've heard barely a peep about Wallace since teams started having the opportunity to make offers. Once the deadline passes, it appears that Wallace will be headed back to the Steelers, at least for one more year. That's good news for fans of the black and gold.
