2012 NFL Draft: Bobby Massie, Kevin Zeitler And Bruce Irvin Among Hot Prospects

Mel Kiper Jr. of ESPN tweeted out his latest "Red Hot and Moving Up" list on Friday afternoon, and Pittsburgh fans will be wanting to keep an eye on three of them.

Offensive tackle Bobby Massie of Ole Miss has been rumored to be a target of the Steelers. He bypassed his senior season to enter the draft after starting every game in his last three seasons. The 6-foot-6, 315-pound product of Lynchburg, Va. was a three-year letterman for the Rebels. Current mock drafts have him projected as a late first round or early second round selection.

Another offensive lineman of interest to the Steelers, guard Kevin Zeitler, appears on Kiper's list. Earlier in the week, Peter King of Sports Illustrated projected him as the Steelers first-round selection.

Another player of local interest, linebacker Bruce Irvin of West Virginia, appears on the list, as many feel his stock is rising. Although he may not appear on the Steelers' radar, recent mock drafts have him going late in the second round.Since he played defensive end while with the Mountaineers, some feel he is a risk that high, but his athletic abilities (including his 4.5 40 time) may warrant a top-60 selection.
