Steelers Vs. Raiders: Pittsburgh Leads 14-7 After 1st Quarter

Ben Roethlisberger and Heath Miller have hooked up for two touchdowns to lead the Pittsburgh Steelers to a 14-7 lead in a road game against the Oakland Raiders. Despite giving up a huge touchdown run to Darren McFadden, the Steelers have the lead thanks to Roethlisberger's efficient play.

Big Ben is 11-of-17 for 117 yards to go along with those two touchdowns. He's connected with Mike Wallace three times for 50 yards and has hit seven different receivers. The running game — which has been the team's weakest area thus far with Rashard Mendenhall recovering from a torn ACL — has again been nonexistent, with 14 total yards divvied up between Roethlisberger, Jonathan Dwyer, Isaac Redman and Mike Wallace.

Ryan Clark intercepted Carson Palmer and took the pick back 26 yards, setting up a score, and the Steelers have proven that they can play adequately well without defensive stars Troy Polamalu and James Harrison.
