The latest USA Today coaches poll is out, and West Virginia is at No. 19 in the college football rankings after blowing out Bowling Green this week. Also in the Big East, No. 14 South Florida is out of the poll after getting blown out by Pitt this week. Pitt isn't in the poll, but received a handful of votes this week; so did Penn State, for some reason, after an unconvincing win over Big Ten doormat Indiana.
In the rest of the Big Ten, Wisconsin moves up two spots to No. 5 after blowing out Nebraska, which drops seven spots to No. 15. Michigan is at No. 11, Illinois is No. 16 (moving up six spots after nipping Northwestern), and Michigan State is No. 20.
