College Football Rankings: WVU Stuck At No. 16 In Coaches Poll; Penn State At No. 25

Two area teams are in the USA Today Coaches Poll this week.

The Week 7 USA Today Coaches Poll places West Virginia at No. 16, the same as last week, despite the Mountaineers' blowout win over UConn. Also, Penn State moves into the poll at No. 25 after beating Iowa.
