The UConn blog (via Cardiac Hill) has a new set of Big East football power rankings, and after dropping Cincinnati last week, West Virginia is on top. Of course, no team in the Big East has much of a reason to be satisfied.

So, yeah. West Virginia has a blowout loss to the No. 8 team. And a loss to the No. 5 team. Not that any other team, besides Cincinnati, has much of a case to be No. 1.
