The weekend is upon us, which means it's time for some rest, relaxation and a healthy dose of sports. On the college basketball hardwood, two regional teams are in action as part of the Big East - SEC challenge. Let's take a look.
PITTSBURGH PANTHERS (6-1) at TENNESSEE VOLUNTEERS (3-3)
For the No. 17 ranked Pittsburgh Panthers, a road test in Knoxville against the young Tennessee Volunteers awaits on Saturday afternoon. Winners of their past four, Jamie Dixon's squad will play on the road for just the second time this season, their lone other away game coming last week against Penn. Tennessee is still picking up the pieces left by the Bruce Pearl fallout, but new head coach Cuonzo Martin has the Vols playing hard. They've played down to their competition, most recently in a loss at Oakland, but they also hung tough with Duke and Memphis, narrowly losing both. The Panthers will have to protect the ball well and not allow the Vols' frenetic pace to get them out of sync.
